1. Add LOG SWITCH service protocol for updating variables in neuron.ini file.

• fix update neuron.ini problem & trim log string

1. Add transmission protocol for service.log, script.log and driver.log.

• process all 3 logs in batch with timestamp with file name.

1. Split field “proc”(Process name) from READLOG Procotol.

• change log service protocol by adding one more item process name.
